Description
Place value is a MUST when you are teaching math and number sense. My students range in ability and understanding of numbers and place value. These games and activities are meant for different range and skill levels of students 1st- 5th grade. I created them to use with my special education students, however they could be used with general education students as well!
Within this product you will find:
2 Base Ten Block Matching Activities:
Student cut out the one and two-digit numbers at the bottom of the sheet. Then the student counts the base ten blocks and match the number. Student glues the number next to the correct base ten block picture.
2 Roll It Mats:
Student rolls the dice either two or three times depending on if they have the two digit or three digit mat. Student fills in one digit for each roll in the middle box that says, “Roll It”. Student then fills in the other four remaining boxes based on the number they rolled.; Word Form., Draw it, Expanded Form and Base 10.

Roll That Number Game:
2 Colored and 2 Black and White Versions. Students roll dice either twice or three times depending if they are working with 2-digit or 3-digit numbers. Student records each roll in the first column. Then the student must draw it, write the word form, and then write the expanded form.
2 Understanding Numbers Activities:
Student first counts the amount based on the base ten block picture. Then the student write the standard form, place value and word form
