Behavior Management Boards

First Then boards serve as a visual for students to refer to during the day. These boards can be used in many different ways. Often times, the first picture card is a work task and the then picture card is a reward or preferred task. This is a behavior intervention tool that breaks up work tasks for students with positive reinforcement. I’m working for boards (token economy) is a behavior reward board. The student can select what they want to work towards (a reward) and earn tokens as they working to gain the reward.

For best results: Print on card stock, laminate and use Velcro dot attached to boards and picture cards for re-use!
